Breakfast
We prepare a Japanese menu that gently delivers the seasonal bounty nurtured by Izu’s sea and earth to your mind and body.
In addition to small bowls of local seafood and seasonal vegetables,
there are also deeply nourishing dishes using fermented seasonings prepared by the head chef himself.
Tasting the blessings of the land and season is touching the memories of this land.
